Best optometrist and buying experience I’ve had in 40-ish years of needing glasses. What put them over the top was when I came back because the prescription seemed off — they took great care to troubleshoot twice, when I walked in and then when I came back for a re-examination. Wasn’t sure if I should keep wearing them and hope I got used to it but they put me at ease just wanting to get it right. Highly communicative and transparent in sharing information. Very thorough while remaining friendly. An adjustment of a couple millimeters made a major difference for me, and there was no charge for the second exam or second pair of lenses. I’ll be back next year.

Nada D. In the Third Ward location saved my vacation!!! I found myself without glasses or contacts after the pair of lenses I was wearing disintegrated. I had a copy of my prescription and she was able to find me a replacement pair while I waited. Such a wonderful soul. The unintentional consequence of her help was a reminder that kindness and generosity need to be a priority in my own life. Thank you Nada!!

This is the third Wisconsin Vision location I have been to and it is by far the best one! The eye doctor took his time with the exam and was very informative and Ray made picking out a pair of glasses a fun experience. Really great customer care here!

This was my first time going to the Third Ward location and I have found my forever eye doc and glasses shop. The doc was great, and the customer service was outstanding. A special shout out to Nada. I had broken my glasses, as the screw had fallen out. I wasn’t able to receive help at the first place I visited, and was getting really anxious since I need them for school and all the time in general. Immediately upon entering I was greeted by Nada and Carrie, and they helped me out immediately. They even adjusted my glasses to stay on my face, in addition to putting in the new screw without charge. They were so kind, and honestly made my day. Thank you!!

Big shout out to Nada for being so helpful and kind!! My daughter needed her glasses fitted because she ordered new ones while home on her fall break back in Michigan. We stopped into the Wisconsin Vision store down in the Third Ward to see if they would be able to help us out since we hadn’t purchased the glasses from them. It wasn’t a problem at all. Nada welcomed us into the store and made sure they fit perfectly before we left. Exceptional customer service!

Everything went so well for my first visit. The eye exam itself was straightforward and easy. Picking out my glasses went smoothly, especially because of Isabell’s help. Friendly from the greeting at the door to the thank you at the end, thorough in their exam, and helpful with selections from their extensive selection of frames for all price ranges. I recently popped one of the lenses out of my sunglasses and also bent them. I called and spoke with Nada. She was polite, friendly, and let me know that she would try to fix them for me if I stopped in. I stopped in and was highly impressed. She was just as friendly in person and she was able to fix my glasses on the spot. She also replaced the nose pads for me unprompted. They were as good as new when I left and I’ve had them for years! I wear glasses and contacts and will definitely be visiting this store when I’m ready for my next appointment. Thank you for your help and professionalism Nada!

Eye Found my new spot! wink, wink for real though, I have been needing a new spot to get my eyes checked & this place was great. Fresh & Modern environment with new equipment. I called and was given an appointment within a week of calling- awesome. The ladies out front were SO kind and funny, I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The doctor was so professional and throughly explained everything in detail for me, making sure I left with no questions unanswered. To top it all off.. I ordered my glasses that Tuesday afternoon and was able to pick up 3 days later! The fastest I have ever gotten an eye glass prescription.

I’ve been here several times, yet my most recent experience stood out. Simple, quick process for a regular evaluation. An evening appointment offered convenience on my way home from work. The staff was friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make suggestions on frames, and help a rather indecisive person chose a pair. They were also very helpful in managing my insurance to make sure I used it appropriately for contacts versus frames. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

The staff here are always helpful! Nada has great style and helped me pick out some great frames a couple years ago. I accidentally stepped on my glasses, and when I stopped in today to see if anything could be done, the young lady who helped get them back into shape took her time and was very precise about making sure they were back in the right spot. This was my first ever eye exam and honestly it couldn't have been better. Dr.Din was nice and informative and answered any questions I had. The exam was quick and painless. Nada was amazing with helping me pick out frames, she picked out so many for me to try on she thought would look nice. I thought I really liked one pair and we tried at least 10 others on and found an even better pair I liked more. Whitney was also very helpful with selecting different frames. Very friendly and helpful staff, won't be going anywhere else.

Nada was extremely helpful as she was with me a year ago when I came to buy new designer frames! She was able to help me quickly order contacts and had me in and out in minutes. She is very welcoming and is extremely hands on with wanting to assist guests the come to WV. Thank you, Nada at Wisconsin Vision in the Third Ward! You helped me make the most of my vision insurance benefits! If you wear glasses and contacts like me, it is can be tricky to make sure you get the most "bang for your buck," in terms of using insurance benefits. Nada explained all the options and helped me make an informed choice. Now, I am stocked up on contacts for a year, and Nada even got me set up with a rebate! I'll be back next year for my exam and contacts! Editing this review to say, Nada is still awesome! She went out of her way to make sure I could have some trial contacts. I have been a frequent customer of this Wisconsin Vision for two years and the service is always top notch. I’ve been to four different locations over time to get eye exams and glasses, but the Third Ward location is by far the best and my favorite experience. The workers are so very friendly and extremely helpful. I mean this place is not only fantastic for a eye care establishment, it’s just a great establishment period. Nada at the front desk is the kindest soul I’ve ever met. I’ve also been helped by Carrie, she is very nice and great at her job.

My family and I truly enjoyed our experience at the Third Ward store. Great selection of designer frames Everyone was extremely helpful and easy to work with. My daughter’s glasses that were purchased at the store were stolen and I was able to go to the store this morning and sales associate Carrie C. was able to pull the receipt information we needed for insurance purposes and reorder her glasses within a few minutes with zero hassle. I had an eye exam yesterday (5/21/22) and never have I felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Nada and Carrie helped me and I felt literally like one of their friends. They were so kind and polite, they had to make a few adjustments to my information on file which was going to take a little time and instead of just making the adjustments and not saying anything they took the the time to let me know what was going on, which only takes like 5 seconds. I appreciate when I’m waiting just being told what’s going on so I’m in the loop and not just sitting there you know? The entire time I was there I felt comfortable and honestly was not there long at all, I just had to share that I really appreciate the great customer service I experienced and this is why I will continue coming back to Wisconsin Vision. I have not been back to this location in a while since I had moved around a bit but I’m so glad that I came back. I actually had an appt booked at a Target optical and I cancelled it because I just felt better going here for some reason, but I’m so glad I did! Maybe because I know I had a real good experience last time. The service was great, Dr. Le was so caring, professional, and patient with me, and the staff very friendly! I have to say though, Nada was AWESOME!!! I can’t say enough. I was really struggling to pick out some frames I really liked but I happened to bring in my old pair and explained to her that I kinda liked that style but I was on the fence but I know I didn’t want to venture out too far because I’ve tried to venture out on my own and it never works out. She came back with like 15 frames (no joke) and she’s like, I wanted to try a few different type of styles based on what you like but I think we’re in the ballpark. Sure enough! I narrowed a few down and I picked out a pair I LOVE! My style, but a more smoky color frame, which I don’t think I would have picked out myself, honestly. I tried on a clear pair, several black frames (since I gravitate more to those) some blue/dark blue, and then the more smokey ones. Nada nailed it. This will be my place for as long as I can. THANK YOU AGAIN!

If you wear glasses and contacts like me, it is can be tricky to make sure you get the most "bang for your buck," in terms of using insurance benefits. Nada explained all the options and helped me make an informed choice. Now, I am stocked up on contacts for a year, and Nada even got me set up with a rebate! I'll be back next year for my exam and contacts!

I needed new glasses and I stopped in to pick out two pairs for myself. Nada helped me and she was the best customer service I have had in a long time. She was so sweet, so helpful and full of suggestions. Stephanie also came over and helped me decide which frames to get. They both were amazing staff, I would go here just for this customer service.

I stopped in to get my glasses tightened and I left with the absolute best experience. Nada assisted me in tightening them and cleaning them. I then looked around for a pair of glasses since I am in need of new ones anyway and found a beautiful pair that I wanted to come back the next day to get. Nada set aside for me and treated me with such respect and care. I 100% recommend coming to this location. I have been to their Brookfield location and was not very impressed. They have the same glasses but the staff was not nearly as nice and helpful. So if you are interested check out the Wisconsin Vision in the Third Ward. :)

I came back to Wisconsin Vision because of Nada. I worked with Nada only once at a different location than downtown, but she left a very positive impression. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am sorry I won't have the opportunity to continue working with her, but the customers at her location will reap the benefits!!!!!

I would most definitely recommend this location ! I went to the miller park location, and they suggested I go to downtown to choose the gucci frames I was looking for. Kiki and Tanairi were such a pleasure to work with. They gave me their honest opinion. I am beyond happy with the frames I choose! They were so sweet and helpful that I would recommend their location to anyone!
