- License – The Companies grant you a limited license to view and use this web site and not to download or modify it in part or whole. You are explicitly not granted permission to use data gathering tools, link directly to individual site elements, or otherwise exploit this web site in part or whole for commercial purposes. You are given permission to link to the home page of this web site only, but you may not use the Wisconsin Vision nor COR Eyewear logos in that link without permission.
- Your Account – It is your responsibility to keep your account login and password confidential. The Companies do not sell any products to children but rather to adults who can make purchases with a credit card. If you are under 18 years old, you may use this web site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. The Companies reserve the right to refuse service, delete accounts, remove and/or edit content, and cancel orders at their discretion.
- Product Descriptions – Our product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee that they are correct. If a product you receive is not as it was described on the site, then your only option is to return it in unused condition.
- Other Companies - The Companies do not assume any responsibility or liability for any third-party services offered through our web site.

The Companies are not liable for:
- Products damaged by the shipping company.
- Packages delivered, but not received by the customer.

All COR, LLC products come backed by a 30-day limited warranty.
COR, LLC warrants new eyeglasses to you, the original retail purchaser, for 30 days from the date of purchase, against material or manufacturing defects.
Warranty is void if the product shows evidence of damage by misuse, humidity or any liquid, smoke or fire, improper handling methods, or alterations.
Customer Purchase Agreement
By clicking “Submit Order”, I agree to Purchase and Pay for the item(s). I also agree to the Companies’ Policies and am solely responsible for any breach of my obligations under this Policy & Agreement and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which the Companies may suffer) of any such breach.
By accepting delivery of any product ordered from the Companies, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the Policies, Terms & Conditions listed. You and the Companies agree to these Policies, Terms & Conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and wisconsinvision.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from wisconsinvision.com.
The Companies understand the importance of keeping personal information private and secure. While we do not transmit personal information via our Site, users are urged not to provide personal information via e-mail because e-mail is not a secure method of communication.
The Site does not collect names or e-mail addresses unless voluntarily provided by the visitor. If you send e-mail with a question or comment, or fill out a Web-based form, that information will be used only to respond directly to you, unless otherwise stated. Any credit card information, or other sensitive information, collected by wisconsinvision.com is first transmitted to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database, only accessible by authorized persons with right to access our systems. All authorized persons are required to keep information accessed via our database confidential. At our discretion, orders received over the phone or internet may require photo I.D. verification.
We prefer that customers pay for merchandise via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Paypal. If you prefer, you can also utilize PayPal On-line Payment Services. For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders **ONLY**.

Currency in which transactions on wisconsinvision.com will be conducted is in United States currency.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By providing your telephone number(s) and confirming your acceptance of SMS/text messages from Wisconsin Vision, through electronic and/or digital means, you expressly consent to receive recurring non-marketing and marketing text messages from Wisconsin Vision, and others texting on behalf of Wisconsin Vision, including text messages made with an automated system, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. Your consent is not required to purchase any goods or services. You may opt out of these communications at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

The SMS/text messages sent from our promotional phone number are not regarding appointment confirmations, nor order status, nor address administrative concerns about your account, nor patient history. SMS/text messages from Wisconsin Vision that confirm appointments, notify you that your products have arrived, or are direct from the store come from a different phone number. Those terms and conditions are separate from those listed in this document.
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Wisconsin Vision text messages as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans. Wisconsin Vision does not impose a separate fee for sending Wisconsin Vision text messages.
How to Opt-In
To opt in to receive text messages from Wisconsin Vision, please follow the instructions provided when you enroll.
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from Wisconsin Vision, use the mobile phone corresponding to the number enrolled in Wisconsin Vision text messages and reply “STOP” in response to a text message from the Wisconsin Vision text messaging program. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out. This will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that phone number or five-digit short code, and you will remain opted into any other text messaging programs where you have enrolled.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Wisconsin Vision immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Wisconsin Vision of a number change by via the “Contact Us” page on its website.
You agree to indemnify Wisconsin Vision in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Wisconsin Vision if you change your telephone number, including but not limited to all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state telemarketing laws.
We are able to deliver messages to many US mobile phone carriers, such as AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, U.S. Cellular, Cellular One, MetroPCS, ACS/Alaska, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central Illinois, Centennial Wireless, Cox Communications, EKN/Appalachian Wireless, GCI, Illinois Valley Cellular, Immix/Keystone Wireless, Inland Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, Rural Cellular Corporation, Thumb Cellular, United Wireless, West Central (WCC), Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Cincinnati Bell and Virgin Mobile.

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network Is Not Guaranteed
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of the control of Wisconsin Vision, and Wisconsin Vision is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.
For help or support, reply “HELP” in response to a text message from the Wisconsin Vision text messaging program. You may also receive help via the “Contact Us” page on the Wisconsin Vision website.
To receive Wisconsin Vision text messages, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Wisconsin Vision reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years of age.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Wisconsin Vision may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any such revision, modification, or amendment through reasonable means, including but not limited by email to any email address you provide or by text message to any telephone number you provide. Said revision, modification, or amendment shall not apply retroactively and will not be effective until seven (7) days after we provide notice. If you do not agree to the revision, modification, or amendment, you must opt-out of Wisconsin Vision text messages within the 7-day notice period. If you do not opt-out, you will be deemed to have accepted the revision, modification, or amendment.
Termination of Text Messaging
Wisconsin Vision may suspend or terminate your receipt of Wisconsin Vision text messages for any reason, including if Wisconsin Vision believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of Wisconsin Vision text messages is also subject to termination if your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Wisconsin Vision reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Wisconsin Vision text messages, with or without notice.
Communications and Consent to Electronic Notices
You may communicate with Wisconsin Vision via postal mail, telephone, and our website. Wisconsin Vision may issue notices via various channels, including by sending email to an address you provide. You agree that such notices shall have legal effect.
You also agree that notices sent by email satisfy any requirement that notices be provided in writing. If you do not agree, do not use Wisconsin Vision products or services.
