My recent exam with doctor Curtis was nothing short of lovely! He was extremely personable while also providing professional and efficient care. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful when fulfilling my prescription. If you want your child to get contacts or they want to get them but are hesitant or a little nervous about it , take them to see Cheryl at the Shorewood location. I took my 12 year old son who was timid about the whole thing and within 30 min she got him to get them in. My son said later the reason he had the confidence was because of her confidence in him. She is awesome with kids. And I’ve had great service in general there.

I haven’t gotten new glasses since high school (2017), so I was very unfamiliar/anxious with the process. I did some research on eyeglass stores that accept my vision insurance and came into Wisconsin Vision in Shorewood. I was immediately greeted by a lovely gal who was staff there, Stephanie. She was able to pull up my prescription (from a different optometrist office), check my vision insurance, and give me an overview of the costs and processing time and let me walk around and try on frames. I spent over an hour trying on frames and she sat down with me each time and helped me decide which ones were best for me and the fit for my face. I decided on a pair with full confidence thanks to her input. She then helped me choose an anti-glare coating that is vital for my astigmatism and ordered them for me. The whole experience was so lovely with a special thanks to Stephanie. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about helping people find glasses that they love. Highly recommend Wisconsin Vision and STEPHANIE! She’s an angel 😇

I dropped my glasses, and one lens popped out. I really like this pair I purchased recently from Wisconsin Vision, and was not sure they could help me as the frame also had damage. I went into Wisconsin Vision thinking I might have to purchase new frames, but they not only fit the lens in perfectly, they also took the time to make the frames look like new. This was not an easy process and I appreciate the time they took to make things right for me. Thank You!

I had a great all around experience as a new patient. Dr. Juwaria answered 10s of questions I had about the exam and my vision, she also provided clear and understandable explanation and advice. The staff was friendly, helpful and not pushy or salesy. I was prescribed glasses but never felt pressured from anyone to buy glasses on the spot. I highly recommend this local business.

I came into the Wisconsin Vision in Shorewood about a week ago, and was met with some of the most helpful, polite, and courteous staff I’ve ever come across. Had an eye exam which the optometrist was knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions and concerns. Afterward I was helped by Stephanie who helped me locate the perfect frames for me, and get the proper protections for my new glasses. Everyone was utterly wonderful and I’m more than happy with my new glasses

Give them a try next time you need glasses anything!! Update: my glasses kept falling off my face and they were able to fix them immediately so I could see and drive!! Whew-thank you for being so accommodating and helpful!!

Dr.Din, Is Great! comfortable exam style, friendly , knowledgeable- enjoyed talking to her about my “ older “, 62 yrs old eyes. Earlier this week, I had a bad experience at a Wisconsin Vision location who had a "less than stellar customer service moment" but still had the eye infection so still needed it checked. Was referred to the Wisconsin Vision Shorewood location and 5 stars all around. From the moment I called and when I arrived, Ashton was terrific. I appreciated Dr. Din and the excellent exam and information provided. Both were professional and welcoming as was everyone in the office including Cheryl, the manager. While I might call out when an experience is bad, I will most certainly do the same when it's good. So here's to a 5 star rating without being asked.

I ran out of contacts by mistake and was overdue for my exam. I am super blind without them and don’t feel comfortable wearing my glasses out of the house. I called and they got me in for an exam immediately and sent me home with a week supply of contacts to cover me until my shipment arrives. Oh my lanta, the staff here......OUTSTANDING! I had an appointment with them about a month ago (switched from VW) where I picked out a great set of frames and waited 2 weeks for my new specticals! Got a voice-mail they were ready to be picked up, so went in but they were no where to be found! Well after much effort and dedication Cheryl (I hope I'm spelling your name right!) and the whole team worked hard to locate my glasses in INDIANA and get them here to Shorewood as fast as they could. I'm a long time customer of WI Vision in Sheboygan. I drive to Shorewood to find a bigger frame selection. This time I chose some really expensive frames but they turned out to be too heavy because of my strong prescription. I tried wearing them for a month and took them back. Sheboygan couldn't help me because I had them made in Shorewood. Cheryl took a look at them and offered to replace the glasses for me! She helped me pick some fames that would be much lighter and more comfortable. I can't believe how excellent the customer service was. Cheryl is an absolute pro. The selection frames in Shorewood is outstanding.

I've been coming to this location for a few years now and I have to say that Stephanie stands out as consistently being extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She has helped me navigate the complexities of my insurance in tandem with the variety of options available to me when I order glasses time and time again. I find this caliber of service rare these days. Let's face it, there are many places to get glasses in the Milwaukee-area, but when one is assured of such excellent service, there's never a question in mind as to where I will go to get mine. PS. She just helped me get my first pair of prescription sunglasses. I've had them for less than 24 hours and have to say they are a game changer. I shouldn't have waited so long!

I’ve worn glasses for over 30 years and can honestly say Cheryl was the most knowledgeable and supportive staff I’ve ever encountered when looking for the right fit and style for my face. She helped my narrow it down to two pairs, all thanks to her expertise and recommendations. With a million different eyeglass places around and up the street from my house, I travel quite far to this location. This will be my 5th visit. I do that because I don't feel pressured or bull dozed into making a wrong decision. I have always had a pleasant experience here, not feeling rushed and feel like the staff cares what fits me best, my price, exactly what is covered is being explained to me, etc. I observe also how others are being taken care of around me. I have always hated having to go to eyeglasses/vision places - especially since I don’t need glasses, but always seem to be accompanying a relative, husband or kids there. They always feel pushy and like they are trying to confuse you in order to up their sales. That was NOT the case at Wisconsin Vision! We had a remarkably positive experience when I brought my step-daughter their for the first time. They were extremely friendly and courteous without being too pushy. My entire family will be going there from now on and I recommend others try them as well.

I have gotten the best service here, out of any store that I have gone to. I got some really cool glasses here as well! Sheryl (I think that was her name) helped me so much throughout the process of getting my glasses. They ended up taking a little longer than normal since my glasses are somewhat unique and it was the first time that they had made them. They updated me every step of the way, and have helped me get them adjusted twice now. The service is quick and everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. They know a lot about eyewear, and if you are looking for a new place to go you should really consider Wisconsin Vision.

I have tried a number of different eye doctors. Wisconsin Vision Shorewood is by far the best establishment I've been to. From the time you take the first step in the door, til the time you leave, the staff and doctor make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Din makes you feel very comfortable, not just a number. I went for contact orientation today, Christopher and Deb were so terrific to work with. I highly recommend this facility.

Stephanie is your Optician! I came in looking for a professional looking pair and she helped me find it. She told me the truth, didn't try to upsell me, and we had fun doing it. She also helped me find the best deal for my eyeglasses. She is very educated and passionate about her job. She was very personable, too. Highly recommend!!!!!!! The whole staff is great! Quick and efficient, the Oakland location is top notch. Their optometrist is fantastic. As for that 1 Star review posted here, perhaps you should’ve checked your own insurance? My rep went through all of my options and how much everything would cost with and without insurance. Highly recommend!
