I just had the best experience picking out glasses! Risha was very helpful finding a pair of glasses that were just perfect for me. She was very patient and fun to work with! She made a sometimes tedious decision fun and easy. I told Risha what I look for and with her knowledge of her inventory she was able to pull out several that were perfect! Risha even helped me with the decision and I feel that I got the perfect glasses for me!!

I was very specific with my concerns and what I was expecting with my new glasses. I bought 3 pair in addition to sun glasses. These are by far the best glasses i have ever bought. very well made, a bit to price but i did get the quality i was looking for. i wish there was a bit more of a selection however it was sufficient choices and recommendations to other locations. i was working and did not realize i had my glasses on as they that comfortable. that huge for me.

Ashton and Carlos were welcoming, helpful, diligent and knowledgeable. My insurance was not easy to apply but they worked together to figure it out and made sure I left happy and fully satisfied. They were a great team and had called to confirm my appointment prior to my arrival. They had my appointment history on file and made sure that I got treated well and left with a pair of glasses I’m thrilled to own.

I’ve bought multiple pairs of glasses from my guy at the North Shore location Carlos. He’s very helpful. He talked me through all my options and he’s really fast and efficient. He also has good taste in music Carlos. I appreciate everything you’ve done for me. I’ll be back soon hopefully not because my dog ate my glasses again.

Glendale location all the possible stars!!! I had to get 3 pairs of glasses, each a different prescription. Carlos did an awesome job helping me pick out a new pair, figuring out the best way to bill me but more importantly was so understanding with the difficulty I was having with current migraine I was experiencing and vision issues. When I picked up my glasses I was really struggling and the manager Tonya was beyond fantastic. Her kindness and expertise was so appreciated. She had to adjust all 3 of my glasses and it made a big difference. 10 stars to the service and quality/style of choices for glasses.

She was fabulous in helping me in my selection and adjusted the frame to fit my face, and fixed my existing glasses that had a loose arm. I had a great experience with the staff. Every individual here was friendly with me from the moment I set foot into the building. Carlos also offered to clean my current pair of glasses for me and tightened the frame without me even asking, very thoughtful individual. 5/5 would recommend to anyone! No one was aggressive or trying to push sales, and they were honest with me when I was deciding on the right pick for frames - in my case, they told me that a frame option that costed $170 looked best when matched up against ones that were $200-220 each. I greatly appreciate honesty like that!

My experience at this location is easily one of the most enjoyable medical and consumer experiences I've ever had. The eye exam was performed with modern equipment and all my questions were answered. I wasn't planning on buying frames as I'd already shopped a pair and just needed an update to my prescription, but the selection was tempting and I was expertly consulted on finding a frame I was very pleased with. I ended up with 2 pairs of glasses with high-end options on the lenses for the budget I'd set for a single pair. The thing that struck me the most was that even the staff that weren't directly involved in helping me, as I'd already been helped, were also very friendly and interested making sure I found a perfect fit. So well done and very much appreciated. I chose this location because it was convenient, but even if I moved I'd go through some effort to visit again for my next update.

Great Customer Service! My daughter and I have been going here for three years now and we have always had a great experience. The service is speedy she got glasses in less than a week! First time at Wisconsin Vision in Glendale. They got me in right away, which was great because I lost my glasses! My doctor answered all my questions, showed me picture references and made sure I understood more about my eyes. Not once did anyone at this location suggest how I could get better service from my UHC insurance. It means nothing that Wisconsin Vision is in the network. The insurance claims that frames and lenses will cost zero. My bill from Wisconsin Vision was almost $500 for one pair of glasses. Wisconsin Vision and the insurance companies are just spreading a bunch of lies. Not only will I not recommend this organization to others, I will specifically recommend that they go somewhere else. 6 month update: To be fair, these glasses with Ziess lenses are the best I have had. After getting accustomed to them, my vision is better than it has been in years. Pricey yes, but worth it.

I went for a routine eye exam after the 1st phase of reopening after Covid19. Safety measures were in place from temperature checks, spacing, and the likes. The entire staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I really appreciate Brandye and Jacob for the follow up calls regarding my order. Brandye was on staff throughout my visits to the location and she was nothing short of attentive and respectful. I would recommend because this is a very nice and clean location.

Great store with even better people! Every employee I encountered was professional, capable, and kind. It is an easy place to spend money with confidence. In particular, Jon (the one with the grey hair), was extremely helpful in choosing frames. He also advised me on each option with my best interest in mind. He has clear upper management potential and would be my recommendation if you plan to have your eye care needs met at Glendale’s Wisconsin Vision (which you should).
