Kyara was very helpful for me and my 8 year old. She almost broke her arm of her glasses and had to to go to school without them which made her in crocodile tears. So, I rushed over to Wisconsin vision on a whim of hope they could help my baby feel better by getting them fixed today. Kyara took them immediately and had them fixed in less then 5 minutes and I ran them to school. Today was special for my daughter it was her first day to school after spring break with glass ever. She was excited to take them to school to show off. Thank you kyara for her help today!

I had glasses that needed a temple replaced, not purchased at Wisconsin Vision. I was just a walk-in and Ruth was great in providing immediate attention. I would highly recommend this provider and professional staff for your future vision needs.

My first time working with Wisconsin Vision! Recommended from a family member when they had to come here to get their glasses fixed. I worked with Andrea S. She did an amazing job of making sure I wasn’t roaming around the store basically blind. My eyes had just been dilated and I had no contacts in at this time, lol. While waiting for the doctor to conclude with another patient, and for my eyes to dilate- Andrea and I picked out a few pair of frames. When I had put the same frames on at least 3 times in a row to make sure they were the ones I wanted- I felt absolutely no judgement. Other places would have looked at me like I was crazy. Her and I made small talk, but had a really nice conversation. I cannot wait for my glasses to be ready to pick up in about a week or two! Very quick! I highly recommend Andrea S and Dr Jack Lund at Wisconsin Vision!

Went to my first eye appointment in years. Dr. Lund, Kyara, and everyone else were amazing. They all made me feel comfortable when having find the right pair of glasses. Hannah was amazing to work with. She was very helpful and honest in helping me pick out a pair of glasses. She was able to answer all of my questions and if she didn't know she asked one of her colleagues. Also since I am retired and do not have vision insurance she asked if I had an AARP card, which I do, and that saved me more than their 20% would have saved me. Hannah was very friendly and a delight to work with.

I actually had fun getting glasses Andrea was awesome and made me laugh a lot. All the staff were friendly and fun. Plus only took a week for me to get my glasses in. Last time in Racine took well over a month. Great crew at this location.

I’m from a small town and the selection of glasses my eye dr had available was very small and outdated. I spoke with Andrea at the Wisconsin vision in Fond du Lac and she confirmed that they do take my insurance and that I could get my frames from them even though they did not do my exam. I hopped in my little scoot about and made the drive to the big city. Seemed like it took 20 minutes get there, and it did according to my gps. When I arrived, I was greeted by nothing but smiling faces, but one stood out and I just knew it was Andrea. Andrea was so helpful and patient with me as I was overwhelmed by the selection and so many different lens options! I will definitely be back again and not just because I have to pick up the frames I ordered. 😊

Becca and the rest of the crew were amazing. They catered to what I needed in a everyway from honesty about how the glasses looked on me stylish wise to fit wise. Doc was truly pushed me to a more crisp prescription and all was done in a timely fashion. Then the lenses for the glasses were completed within 3 days even with a weekend within that. I Would suggest anyone and everyone to visit Wisconsin vision in FDL for an amazing experience.

Wonderful customer service thank you so much Andrea S! I am visiting friends and out of state and not one but both of my glasses had freak issues, lost the screw on one pair and the nose piece on the other. She got me in so fast and did the repairs as well as cleaned all of the makeup that accumulated through wearing. If I’m ever a resident here I would gladly come back thanks to her impeccable service. This place is the best! I was able to book an appointment within a week. They always have great deals on eye exams and a huge selection of frames for any budget. Dr. Lund was thorough, and made my exam comfortable and Andrea helped me select my frames. The deals and selections of glasses are great, but the 5 star customer service is why it's my only place for eye care.

I went in to get an exam and glasses. Everyone there was very freindly and knowlegeable. Esspecially summer. Summer helped me with my new glasses. She knew exactly what to do and was amazing at it. I got done in there in no time thanks to summer. I would recomend going to see summer. She will hook you up with a cool new pair of glasses or sunglasses really. Even contacts too.

Had an unexpected circumstance prevent me from keeping my appointment at another local eye clinic. Next available appointment was December. Called to explain my situation to staff at WI Vision and they were able to get me an appointment in a much more timely manner. Just came into the store because my lens fell out because I lost the little screw. I didn't even get this pair here but the staff was really sweet and efficient they were nice and took my glasses, properly adjusted them (which the other place hadn't done) and they replaced the screws and made sure everything was fastened and clean. 11/10 Great job guys!

I just had my first Telehealth appointment. I didn’t think I would have liked it but Kyara did such a great job explaining what a Telehealth was and answering my questions that I had! She is also very friendly and courteous! There were so many different equipments that were being used and she knew a lot about them and made me feel so comfortable.

I lost a nose pad on my glasses, and I went to get it replaced. Not only did they promptly fix it, but they replaced both nose pads so they would match, and the glasses felt more comfortable than before the change. All at no charge. Great service, and super friendly staff.

This was my first visit to this store location and my first remote eye exam. I loved the staff here and my technician, Summer, was so knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The exam was very simple and easy and I will not hesitate to use this method again. I was actually shown the interior of my eyes, by the optometrist, who, via video chat, explained the results of my tests and asked if I had any questions or concerns. This is definitely the way to go if you don't want to wait a month or more for an eye exam.

I was visiting the area from out of town. I left my glasses and contacts at home. I only had the contacts that I had on my eyes and they were getting somewhat blurry from wearing them the day before. They were only daily use contacts. After searching everywhere, my call with the WI Vision center customer service rep. on Sat, 2/5 was so wonderful. Complicating the issue was that my prescription was a bit unique and no one was stocking the right contacts. The Rep. was able to find the exact prescription in their samples. She added some eye drops to the contacts and had them ready for me at the front desk when I picked them up around 11 am. I was greeted very friendly and I told them I was so thankful for their service.

My wife and I had our first appointments together at Wisconsin vision. We were both very happy with the way the eye exam went and we are doing well with the new prescriptions we both received. There were many great options to pick from for a new frame and it was so nice how they worked with us while we never felt rushed. Our new glasses were ready for us in just 4 days and we are pleased with the wider view of vision in our progressive lenses. They have been very kind and patient as we came in several times for adjustments. We highly recommend Wisconsin Vision in Fond du lac.
