I've been coming to Wisconsin Vision for over 50 years now. Every time the staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. Michelle is very knowledgeable about their products. I am grateful that she takes the time to informs me on what type and size of glasses works best for me because of a strong prescription, astigmatism, bifocals etc. I have never had a bad experience and that is why I will still be coming back for future visits. Thank you Wisconsin Vision. :)

Very positive experience. I visited the store with a pair of broken frames purchased at another store in another city. The staff was friendly and helpful and performed a simple repair to get me through the next couple of days until I can get new frames. The repair was free of charge!

What an amazing experience! I was a little nervous about the exam but Dr Sesso’s demeanor put me completely at ease. He explained each step in an unhurried way. I was confident there was time for all my concerns and questions. Jill’s customer service and expertise also made me feel like I was receiving top-notch care. I so appreciated her help in selecting the best glasses for me and that she understood my insurance coverage (better than me). Even though I had avoided eye appointments in the past, I will get an annual exam simply because of the fantastic care I received! I told my sister about my experience. She’s switching her eye care to Wisconsin Vision in Sheboygan!

Michelle was incredibly helpful with helping me choose my first pair of glasses from Wisconsin Vision. Although I went with the very first option I tried on, she brought me an entire basket full of other options that were similar to my first choice which I appreciated. Even before I could ask a single insurance-related question, she answered every single question I had regarding my coverage and the best deal I could get. Very thorough and detailed experience today without it being too overwhelming. Thank you Michelle!

This has to be the best experience I ever had anywhere. Walked in and right away greeted with a smile. Jill would be the one that would help us. I can’t say enough positive about her. She was super friendly and so helpful and very experienced. She picked out the perfect pair of glasses for me. She tried different ones until she found the pair that looked great on me. All three girls in front were very kind. Dr.Sesso that gave my wife and I the eye exam was also a expert at what he does. He was super friendly and very informative about every step of the exam. Our visit today was awesome and we can not thank enough the people that made it perfect, thank you again.’

Was taken care of by Jill and Dr Sesso. Both are extremely friendly, kind and caring. Dr Sesso listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked my eyes to make sure all was well. He explains what he is doing and why as he goes along. Jill is very good at helping you pick out frames that look good and fit your face well. She finds out your likes and dislikes and pulls frames accordingly. She also helps bring the price down by looking for any discounts that may apply to you. A++ Will return!!

I hadn't picked out new glasses in years, and never alone. I tried elsewhere and felt overwhelmed. Some friends told me how helpful Wisconsin Vision was, and they were SO right! Michelle was amazing in helping me see WHY certain frames looked better on me, and I soon had a winner. Then sunglasses, then navigating my insurance, she was awesome with all of it!

Always a positive vision visit at WI Vision. Doctor is friendly and explains everything he is doing. And there is always a nice variety of glasses to choose from. Jill always assists me in choosing from the many frames to try and I don't feel rushed. And she has the nack to fit them perfectly the first time!

Just moved into the area and both my prescription glasses broke. Barb was incredible and repaired both pairs on the spot even though I didn't purchase them there and didn't charge me for the time spent to fix them .. wow. Will be my place for glasses in the future needless to say!

I broke my glasses recently so I went in for an eye exam as well as a new pair of glasses. All of the receptionists/opticians were really friendly and checked me in right away and were able to read my broken pair of glasses to help get me situated before my exam. The doctor was also very friendly and explained each part of the exam before beginning the procedure. After my exam the optician helping me, Phaedra, picked out a dozen or so frames for me based off of my old pair and helped me find some more that were in the style I was looking for. She was really helpful in correcting how the frames sat on my face upon picking them after my exam and when picking up my glasses. I've had a problem with my glasses ending up crooked on my face before, something that my previous optometrist hadn't noticed or paid much mind to, so this was something I appreciated. She also gave me some general care tips for my new frames/lenses and what to do in the case that I ever snap my glasses in half again. Overall a really pleasant experience and my glasses were ready by the beginning of the following week!

I had an appointment at Wisconsin Vision today and prior to the appointment I called to find out that they quoted me $89.00 for an exam and $59.00 for the exam if I purchased glasses. I went to the appointment and after my exam I was only charged $60. I was really surprised. I didn’t purchase glasses yet but I think it was because I said I was planning on getting contacts. So they gave me the discount. Wisconsin Vision is happy to meet your needs for a very reasonable price. They are very willing to work with you to accommodate your pocketbook. I recommend Wisconsin Vision.

The experience was great! Happy workers greeted me when I went through the door. I got a little early and was able to explore the shop for frames while the doctor got ready for me. The doctor was kind and I felt comfortable. Then after, one of the workers helped me find what my frame size is and ended up finding two pairs i really loved. Definitely recommend!!

One of the greatest eye care stores I've ever experienced. They helped me with a box of broken glasses saving me hundreds of dollars and I was'nt even a customer. Came to Wisconsin Vision to look around for glasses. I brought a copy of my prescription and the optician helped me right away. She also made sure my insurance was available. Everyone there was very helpful, and giving me their honest opinions how each frames fit. I would recommend coming here if you can't bring anyone along with you, the opticians were a great help!

I'm a new customer there and have been very happy so far. The doctor was very friendly and great to work with. They helped get my records transferred over quickly, and ordered several pairs of trial contact lenses right away to help me out/ transition. Lenses came in super fast, and getting there to pick them up is easy because they have evening hours (thank goodness!) Definitely looking forward to continuing here :)

I used the online portal to schedule an appointment which went so smoothly! Mary Her, the Optician, contacted me to verify all of my insurance info before the actual appointment date to ensure everything was good. Even during the check out process, she provided me with the time and detailed information regarding eye contacts. She was very patient and thorough. Dr. Sesso was also very good! He made sure all of my questions were answered and provided great insights/suggestions to keep my eyes healthy. Overall, Wisconsin Vision Sheboygan made me feel safe and well taken care of. They were the absolute best!

Appointment was on time. Dr. Sesso was great - thorough, considerate, and took the time to answer all my questions to my understanding. Worked with Jill to pick out my frames and selection of lens specifically for computer distance. I love them and am no longer attempting to see my screen through the bottom of the lens (which is what I was doing before). She determined that my previous lens coating was deteriorating and were sent in under the 2-year warranty for free replacement lenses.

After my recent eye exam on Saturday, I worked with Michelle. She spent approximately an hour with me since I needed new safety glasses for work, regular glasses for daily use and sunglasses. She was so patient with my decisions and answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Michelle gave me good advice and helped me with the right selection for all my needs. I felt very comfortable. I definitely am pleased with the service. The doctor and staff are wonderful. 🙂

This was my first time to Wisconsin Vision. Dr Sesso was very kind, thorough, and addressed all my concerns. I was apprehensive about picking out new frames without having someone with me for input, but Jill was fabulous in helping me make choices I’m really excited about. She showed me many frame possibilities and was crucial in deciding on the one that was best for me. I would recommend seeing Jill if you’re looking for new glasses, even if coming in with a prescription from somewhere else. She is wonderful!

Dr. Sesso is the best eye doctor I have ever gone to. He is patient with me and takes his time trying to find just the right contact lenses that work with my eyes. With other eye doctors it’s felt like a one-size-fits-all or that I was the issue and not the contact lens...with Dr. Sesso it feels like he genuinely wants you to be satisfied with what you’re getting and that your questions are answered. The staff at the counter are always helpful and ready to assist when needed - they’ll even take some time to help you pick the best frame for you if you’re the indecisive type!

I went in to have the nose pads replaced on my eyeglasses. I also wanted to inquire if it was possible to reshape or order different arms for my older Nike glasses. Barb replaced the nose pieces free of charge and used a special "heater" to flex the arms just right. Not only was Barb fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, there was NO CHARGE for this service!

went to lindman eye care to get adjustments, the gentleman told me my $300 glasses were “too cheap” and he did not want to help me. i went to wisconsin vision and the lady helped me with such a great attitude. she solved all my problem. i felt so welcomed and cared for. would highly recommend

Wisconsin Vision is amazing! I was never able to read well with progressive lenses from my last provider, and the glasses from Wisconsin Vision are perfect every time. The technicians are nice and helpful. The store hours are convenient for office workers, they have a good selection of frames, they beat their expected delivery, they accept Eye Med, and they have a great location in Sheboygan.
