I have been coming here for quite a few years and I have been satisfied with all the staff. The doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff at the front desk are also very knowledgeable and they have been able to answer any questions I have regarding purchasing contacts or glasses as well as questions regarding my vision insurance. The last few visits I’ve had, Ryan has been at the front counter and he is friendly, efficient, informed and helpful.

I was in there today and Michelle and Kelly made me feel very welcome. They made me an appointment and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. It made a hard task very easy. It is great to go to a place that doesn’t just try to take your money but truly care about their patients eyes,lifestyle, and activities

Everybody was so nice to me at Wisconsin Vision. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment and Leann was amazing. She picked out some glasses for me to try on took time with me when I had questions regarding insurance and cost. She made choosing glasses fun. She was friendly , knowledgeable, professional and just all around wonderful. Thank you Leann. More people need to be like you . 😊

I was informed at a different location that these glasses required special parts, which is understandable. I happened to be visiting the Mount Pleasant store today and I discussed the same issue with one of the associates. To my surprise, she advised me to bring the glasses here, assuring me that their team would make an effort to fix them. It is worth mentioning that the staff at the previous location didn't even attempt to salvage these expensive glasses. The exceptional service provided by the staff at this store truly demonstrated their commitment to going above and beyond for their customers. I am truly grateful to Michelle and Ryan for taking the time out of their busy schedule to at least try to repair this pair of glasses. Thank you to the entire Mount Pleasant Staff! Team Work Makes The Dream Work! Keep up the outstanding work!

I came in today and was helped by Kelly. My daughters glasses that she bought on Zenni were all twisted up. No one at any other place would try to help. Kelly was so nice and didn't make us feel any type of way. She FIxED her glasses! What an angel.

I have been a patient of Wisconsin Vision for a few years and I have never had a customer experience as amazing as with their tech Ryan. He was patient and kind in walking through all of the options and identifying what was most important to me as the customer without being intrusive or pushy. I am rarely one to leave reviews but his service was exceptional and the Durand location will continue to see me as a repeat customer due to this individual.

My father lives at St.Monica’s Nursing Home and some how his glasses were found with one bow all bent and one nose piece was missing and were super Dirty! Terri who had worked at Wisconsin Vision for many years cleaned his glasses to sparkling, replaced both nose pieces and the screws and straightened the bow. She also gave him a new glasses case! No charge for anything! My father was so happy he could see again! Very great work! Thank you so much Terri!

Nicole V and Angela D both helped me today. Nicole V was so patient working with me. She helped me to figure out my difficult insurance discount plan. What my options and the cost differences are, which options were covered which options weren't. Angela D assisted Nicole V with a quick question on why the computer dropped a discount while we were making comparisons. Thanks you both for taking such good care of us today. Douglas Ave is now my favorite Wisconsin Vision location.

Michelle at this location Racine is a phenomenal worker! She made my experience there so quick & easy! I was in the process of a name change due to my recent marriage, & my insurance was not updating my name! Long story short, Michelle made it happen & worked her magic! Yesterday, (6/1/22) I accidentally bent the left arm of my glasses. I had purchased these glasses from Wisconsin Vision over a year ago, the best glasses I've ever gotten with fit and for eyesight. We went there this morning. Kelly was so helpful and pleasant. Straightened the arm within a few minutes and the glasses are perfect again. When I need a new pair, I will not go any place else for my new pair.

Amazing! Had been almost 6 years since my last exam. My toddler broke my previous glasses beyond repair and had been putting it off out of fear of cost bc I don't have vision insurance. As a single mom during this pandemic has been a struggle. Finally searched online for exam costs and my first intention was to get the script and order online. When I walked in I was greeted by Michelle right away and got me all checked in. Exam was fast and painless. After, Michelle helped me again and I explained my original plan but still wanted to see all my options. Michelle helped me find frames that looked great and didn't cost me my paycheck! She also offered me all the deals and discounts possible which lowered the Exam price and discounted the total cost! Because of her customer care I ended up getting glasses today and now don't have to take the risks online or have the waiting period on shipping. Thank you Michelle at Wisconsin Vision for you incredible customer service, which is truly lacking today!

This was my first time visiting Wisconsin Vision. Michell took my eye glass order and made my experience super great. I even left my credit card and Michell contacted me right way. I recently came into this location was assisted by Grace C. She helped me with a frame adjustment I was amazed with her attentive care and professionalism. I took my frames to multiple eyecare stores and none where able to fix them to my liking but Grace C was able to. I don't usually write reviews but I had to shout out Grace C for her amazing service!

I came in for a frame adjustment and was assisted by Grace C. She was very patient with me through this process. She did not stop until I was completely satisfied with how the frames sat on my face. I came into this store just to browse but was amazed with the customer service of Grace C. She was extremely patient and helpful. I was greeted immediately after I walked in the door by Grace C. She checked me in for my eye appointment & while I was waiting she offered to help me find glasses that fit my face & looked the best on me. She was very helpful & professional. My ophthalmologist was super nice & very professional. He was in no rush, answered any questions I had & offered his recommendations. My over all experience with Wisconsin Vision was great.

My doctor was great, I forgot her name but she was awesome! My vision technician(Jade) she was super awesome, super knowledgeable at picking out the frames and she helped me find frames that I really liked and look good on me, & made me comfortable and didn't make me look old or feel insecure about actually having to get glasses . Jade was GREAT.

I took my 6 year old to see Doctor Wegner, he was very patient with her and even laughed at her jokes, then the ladies out front were very helpful finding her fun glasses. They were all very sweet, gave opinions and suggestions. And then we we got them back they taught her the proper way to take care of them. I'm definitely going to be back.

ESPECIALLY JESSICA N! She was so kind, and outgoing. She was very professional, and really helped us through the process.
