While shoping, my glasses keep falling of my eyes which a lot of ppl will understand my delema, i was driving on Odana rd and i saw Wisconsin Vision 😅 i need to stop and check if they can fix my glasses. I was greeting by Courtney, I ask if she can fix my glasses and how much that will cost?, she replied, no charge !! Music to my ears!. I am so happy for the services then i ask if they can help me for new glasses. I was mote happy when Courtney told me they can accept my insurance. Extremely happy experience. Come and check them out.

I went to Stanton a few months ago and didn’t have the best experience. Dr. Linda at Wisconsin Vision got my prescription right on my first exam with her. The entire staff at Wisconsin Vision were super helpful by knowing their stock well and helping me pick out stylish designer frames throughout the store that I probably wouldn’t have had the patience to find myself. Their end product has left me feeling like I have perfect vision, a new found confidence, and a eyewear models glow on the bridge of my nose. I highly recommend going to Wisconsin Vision for the knowledgeable Dr. Linda who will get your prescription right the first time, the impeccable customer service, the stylish eyewear, and the one on one training for your contact usage.

I recently went to Wisconsin Vision to learn how to use contacts. I was really nervous about it as I don’t love touching my eyes. Courtney D. was exceptionally helpful and made me really comfortable even though I was really anxious. She was extremely patient while I learned and I felt a lot more confident about using contacts by the time I left my appointment. She went out of her way to ensure I understood how to use the contacts and gave helpful tips. I was so grateful she was there to help me! She really eased my worries. I would recommend Wisconsin vision to anyone looking for patient and understanding healthcare providers.

Thank you Danny and Amanda! Wow, these people are amazing! My son broke his glasses and I stopped by Wisconsin Vision the Odana Rd/ Whitney Way branch to see if that was something they could repair. I was attended to by Danny who was so pleasant,courteous and very kind. He gladly offered to help and brought the frame over to a colleague who came out and was a class act! Amanda so joyfully and diligently worked on the small part of that frame by the screw that was broken, and before I knew it voila, it was done! It was so nice to get top notch customer service from a place I just walked into. Definitely going back there. Thank you both for getting my weekend off to a great start with such pleasant kind service. Wisconsin Vision you got some great staff in these 2!

Wonderful experience! I had an eye exam by Dr. Enemuoh, who explained things thoroughly and is very pleasant. Daniel S was extremely helpful guiding me through the initial patient questions, the pre-exam and the purchase of glasses. This is the most positive experience that I have had in eye care. I worked in customer service for 44 years so I especially appreciate and recognize Daniel’s extra efforts. I would definitely recommend this location.

Stopped in today to see if they could repair a pair of my daughter's eyeglasses. The only in-network store that sells eyeglasses under my daughter's health insurance refused to even attempt a repair. Wisconsin Vision did not sell us the glasses, and still completed the repair in less than ten mins without charging us anything for it. Very kind and knowledgable. Absolutely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience the other day at the west side store. A wonderful young lady named Courtney helped me repair of glasses bent from a fall on an icy parking lot. She was extremely helpful and friendly and straightened my glasses in no time flat. All kudos to Courtney. Thank you Courtney!

The hinge in my Ray-Ban's on the left side fell out (lost it) & took them to Wisconsin Vision where they replaced the missing hinge & tightened both for FREE in under 5 minutes & they feel brand new! Thanks y'all ~ highly recommend Wisconsin Vision for all your optics needs!

I had an eye exam for glasses and contacts. I don't need to change my glasses prescription, which is great, so I ordered colored contacts. The staff was very helpful. The OD was very friendly and the exam did not take long. All in All, it was a nice experience.

I've been buying my glasses from Wisconsin Vision Madison West for years, but this review is about their excellent customer service. The nose pad arm on my glasses broke last night, and with progressive lenses that made focusing difficult. Fortunately my sunglasses used the same frame, so I stopped in this morning and Ariel swapped the lenses for me at no charge. When I then bemoaned having to buy a new frame for the sunglasses, she pointed me to TQ Diamonds, who could laser weld the piece back on since they were all-metal frames. And then I returned to Wisconsin Vision to have the sunglasses lenses put back in the repaired frame, and the nose pads replaced. I paid for the laser weld, but all the service at Wisconsin Vision was at no charge to me! Excellent service!

I visited the store this morning and found 2 people in line ahead of me. As I was waiting 2 more people walked in. Ariel was the only staff person there. She was not flustered. She remained very polite and attentive to each one of us. Ariel helped me select frames juggling me and another customer. Its increasingly rare to see such wonderful customer service. Ariel is a gem. Courtney the manager is just about as courteous, professional and helpful as they come. I wish there were more people like her in healthcare and retail. I recommend Wisconsin Vision to all and have had nothing less than an outstanding experience every time. Not only do they have a wide variety of styles and brands, but they’re beyond helpful! I’ve gone in twice since buying a pair of glasses from them for a tightening and then for repair after mine got bent out of shape. Both times I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and not even charged for their help!

I highly recommend Wisconsin Vision! Just breezed through my annual exam with Dr. Lynda and she made an amazing tweak to my contacts that helped me ditch my cheaters! Courtney, the Manager, is so efficient, guiding her customers and team with pride. Clean store, great selection of glasses and sun glasses in stock too. When I had some issues with an eye injury last year, they really bent over backwards to help me recover as quickly as possible and I am super grateful for their care and attention to me.

Honestly, I was worried because I chose this place as the cheapest option ($79 for an exam without insurance), but was pleasantly surprised by the best optometrist experience I've ever had. Dr. Enemuoh was very nice, and did an excellent job of checking and double checking to make sure my prescription was as clear as possible. She put more care in than I'm used to seeing, and I was still in and out in about 45 minutes total including paperwork and waiting on another patient.

After cataract surgery, Wisconsin Vision was the only store, except UW, that accepted and filed with Medicare for payment. Most other stores do not even realize that medicare will pay a substantial portion for one pair of eyeglasses following eye surgery. WV provides excellent products at fair price.

Excellent customer service. Even thought my glasses were not purchased at Wisconsin Vision, they helped me find a solution repair and adjusted my glasses without charge. Staff came up with possible solutions to repair my glasses that would save me money. There was no pressure to buy a new pair. I will be a lifetime customer.

Everyone at Wisconsin Vision is so incredibly kind and helpful. I love my eye doctor because she’s so attentive, helpful, and positive. They truly care about their patients. I had some issues with my insurance and the staff called my insurance and was so unbelievably helpful taking time to deal with complications. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I have been going to Wisconsin Vision on Odana Road for many years to get glasses. They are professional, knowledgable and always friendly. Everyone I have worked with there has been awesome. Given the latest CV19 situation, they have great safety precautions in place, I trust them. I also want to give recognition to Shawn, who I worked with most recently. He took the time to explain my new glasses prescription (progressive lenses and computer glasses), in fact he did my optometrist offices' job I would say. He was patient and very educated on both things and I felt I understood the difference between both glasses and how I should use them. Top Notch service - you should give him a raise. :)

Having moved into town recently, I found Wisconsin Vision a great place for an eye exam. They are centrally located on the west side of town, and easy to work with. Dr Lynda was professional, mild mannered, and easy to talk to. They have a wide selection of frames to choose from. Alice, the frame consultant, was very knowledgable and courteous. Waiting for my frames will be the hardest part of this whole process.

When I called elsewhere in the area to shop for lens & coating prices, all I got were shady run-around and scarily robot-like answers that didn't actually tell me much or seemed like a sales pitch to get people to buy more. In contrast, this rep spoke with clarity and addressed my questions with exact dollar figures and did not hesitate when I asked about my insurance discount program. This is the type of simplicity and honesty everyone should favor. Update: ultimately did get my glasses here. Nothing but positive experience and praise. Same rep I spoke to happened to help me order my glasses. Fast, easy, genial transaction, and the glasses arrived after a few business days. I’m very satisfied; highly recommended!

Update: We were contacted by Wisconsin Vision. They sent our glasses to the lab where scratches were examined. They then decided to replace them for us free of charge. I will change the rating because of their good customer service. Original post: We have had a bad experience with Wisconsin Vision lately. Three of our family members wear eyeglasses, I do for 30+ years, my wife for 20+ years and our kiddo for a few years now. First of all, glass gets easily scratched although we take very well care of our eyeglasses and we ordered them with scratch resistance. Now, because of the scratches we both had and b/c I had Iritis that made my prescription different, we need to get new pairs. Insurance won't cover them as we had them recently done and Wisconsin Vision won't offer more than 20% discount on the original price. 20%, really..that's all? this will bring the cost of two pairs of glasses (without frames) up above $650. I checked with other providers who said would do them for free if were done at their stores in the first place

Had an ear stem break on a pair of Oakley sun glass frames while visiting from out of state. After calling and visiting a number of west side places who either couldn’t or wouldn’t attempt to repair them, these guys stepped up. Placed a screw in minutes and didn’t even charge for it. Was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without worry. Excellent customer service!

I needed a pair of prescription sunglasses that I could use while driving for Uber...they worked with me to develop something that gave me great distance vision, but also vision to easily ready my stationary phone screen which is further than a regular reader.distance. Simply Outstanding!!! Dr. Linda and Shawn did a great job working with me. The glasses are the most comfortable pair I have ever worn.

I have never owned a pair of glasses that didn't come from Wisconsin Vision. What got me started was the discounts for union employees. What keeps me coming back is the good prices and great service from the opticians and the optometrist. They are extremely competent and generous with their time. When I need my frames adjusted, they take the time to make sure that everything is perfect. I wish there was more reason to visit Wisconsin Vision so that I could hang out with these kind, friendly people.
