I’ve been coming to the Janesville location for a couple years but this was the first time I tried the telehealth option. I was a little leery but it worked out well. I was then assisted in picking out my frames by Lisa. She was very friendly and helpful. My experience was very good overall.

I've been coming to Wisconsin Vision for 4+ years and have been very happy. All of the optometrists have been professional and helpful, particularly Dr. Christianson. Optician Jake has helped me pick out my last two pairs of frames; he has the eye for style that I lack! The entire staff is helpful, and I prefer to get my lenses and contacts from them directly, though they always offer to provide me with a prescription to take elsewhere.

I got new frames for my glasses which are progressive no line bifocals. They were fitted. I read the reading card I was given to see if I was able to read it correctly. I felt it was fine. I went home and worked with the fitting. Still not able to look thru them properly I went back to Wisconsin Vision. I had Mel assist me. I was telling Mel H. about the difficulties I was having. Mel just listened to everything I said. Mel worked on them for about 30 mins. Each time I tried them it got better. At last it seemed I had a perfect fit. Mel called me and asked how I was doing with the glasses. I told her “perfect!” Mel should be appreciated for her dedication and her professionalism. I’m glad she is there!

My name is Gary. I recently had Mel H. help with picking out my glasses out and came in 11/20 for my fitting. Mel demonstrated the following skill sets: empathy, compassion, product knowledge, confidence and great communication skills. Mel has all the skills and with her own personal touch. I am retired and was a manager. I have hired thousands of "employees." I would have hired Mel in a heartbeat. I would also like this review to go into her employee file, if possible. Reason being it can help with her annual review. Mel, thank you so much for helping me out. You are outstanding. "Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family."

First and foremost, Amber was phenomenal! Her customer service was superb. She greeted us upon entry to the store, was knowledgeable and honest about styles. Amber's professionalism was above and beyond that of the rest of the staff. While we were in the store we witnessed the store manager fail to greet a customer and instead interrupted our guest experience by asking Amber to greet them instead. Another co-worker interrupted Amber while she was speaking with me to ask her to do something else too! Amber remained professional, polite, and productive throughout these negative coworker experiences. The selection here for men's frames was definitely the biggest in town. The selection for women's was the most diverse. I'm am rating 5 stars based on our experience with Amber! Some of the other staff should take more of her excellence!

My experience could not have been better. Mel was great at finding glasses that fit me properly and would work best for my prescription and the work I do. The glasses were ready in just a couple of days and I got a call to pick them up. I got a different style of glasses and wasn't sure about how I wanted them to fit. After some trial and error on my part, and 3 visits back for adjustments, I think I have the perfect fit. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient to help me get to where I am now very comfortable with my new glasses. Thank you Wisconsin Vision crew. I would give you my highest recommendation.

I had a terrible afternoon breaking both my phone and my glasses in one fell swoop. I arrived at Wisconsin Vision to use the one time lens and frame replacement that I chose with the initial purchase. Serenity not only has an amazing name but her professionalism and knowl6is second to none. Not only was I able to get a eplacement order placed but additionally purchased a new pair for work with a slightly different progressive setup which is better for computing. Serenity made suggestions, answered all my questions all the while multitasking answer the phone and questions from colleges. Not once did I ever feel neglected. This is my second experience at this establishment and both were absolutely top notch. Thank you Serenity for helping me with my glasses and making me laugh which took my afternoon from frustration to fantastic. Well done!!!

Busted my glasses...bad. Heading to Canada fishing with no time to order a new pair. Melissa went WAY above and beyond to take care of me. She explored multiple possible solutions in an attempt help me. And then she channeled her inner MacGiver and used spit and grit to fix my glasses. She is a fantastic employee and WV is lucky to have her.

After a year of vision problems, Dr. Brito listened to me and was able to provide me with a prescription that instantly changed my vision in a positive direction. I can now see clearly no matter if I'm on the computer, reading, driving, etc. It was a complete game changer and I couldn't be happier!

I had my appointment at the Janesville location on 8/17 and was helped by Abbey. She was amazing!! She took time to help me pick out frames and choose some she thought I would like. After my exam (which was very thorough - the doctor helped to explain what was going on with my eyes and was very patient and helpful), she helped with my order and made sure I was 100% satisfied with what I was getting. She was easy to talk to, very pleasant and I really enjoyed my experience! Thank you Abbey and Wisconsin Vision!

I have been going to the Janesville location for years and have seen staffing changes. Pam and Crissy have been absolutely AMAZING. They both take the time with me and are very professional, kind and caring. Nothing compares to the years of experience adjusting and helping with my glasses. They are thourough and patient checking the fit and can help with any issues to help me see correctly. They also know who I am when I come into Wisconsin Vision and that is excellent customer service. AWESOME team members!!!!

Besides the needed clean and using CDC protocols, I found not only glasses to fit all tastes and budgets but I also found something even more rare these days. Abby waited on me and could not have been more helpful and she actually seemed to like her job. I have been here before, I returned and plan to check it out for future purchases. Good job Abby!

I just walked in and asked the lovely ladies if they could possibly tighten the arms of my stretched out sunglasses, without a blink Lisa gave Krissy my glasses , in minutes they were done !!! Absolutely fabulous service and those two ladies are the best!!!!

From accommodation to customer service, WI Vision went above and beyond. I broke my glasses yesterday....not only did they squeeze me in but she replaced my frames! Everyone is extremely friendly, the doctor understood this unforseen event and made it happen! I was very impressed from start to finish!

Every visit I have at Wisconsin Vision is always a positive experience. Pam and Melissa are always so kind and answer any/every questions I have. Today, 12/4/20, Jake helped me order contacts and chose a new pair of glasses. He went above and beyond to explain products, to explain what I was paying for, and even giving me honest feedback when choosing new frames. He has great customer service and was very knowledgeable!
