I had a good experience here. Chase gave exceptional customer service. I was taken in right away and he thoroughly explained each step of testing before meeting with the technician and doctor. Chase was attentive, patient and remained cool, calm and collected despite the two other women who clamored over him to get a sale after I already stated twice Chase was taking care of me. I would have given 5 stars but WV prices are expensive compared to the competition just up the street.

We had a very positive experience this afternoon working with Mary at this Greenfield site. My husband has Parkinson’s and needed two pairs of new glasses. Mary was kind enough to grab lots of wall sample frames for my husband to try on. She was efficient, very patient, and very helpful. Thanks Mary for making this visit work so well.

I have bought my eyewear from Wisconsin vision for over ten years and have always been satisfied. But the sunglasses I picked up today are the best yet. The clarity of vision is amazing!! Love the customer service!

My glasses got obliterated in a bad knitting accident. And by the grace of Grace, I can now see more better....in one to two weeks for shipping of course. If you need glasses they have a few there. Get your friend to drive you and get some new lenses!!!

Excellent experience with Carissa. When looking at my prescription, she noticed it did not include the power for progressive glasses. I can't read the dash board of my car without that!! Thanks! Also, glasses arrived in five days! Awesome! -John

Just a shout out to Trevor at Wisconsin Vision!!! Trevor helped me navigate through an issue I was having when switching to multi focal contact lenses. Trevor was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and so patient. He went above and beyond! His customer service was exemplary!! It’s hard to find great employees such as him. Also, Dr. Donna is the BEST optometrist! Because of Dr. Donna and Trevor, this is why we keep going back to Wisconsin Vision! Thank you both!!

This team was beyond helpful and at the end of I'm sure was a busy day with folks wanting to using their health accounts before the end of the year. Over the holiday I broke the arm off of my glasses I am severely near sided and really needed to get a new frame if possible. On 11/28/22 at 5:30pm I entered the store and was greeted with a smile. I wasn't turned away due to my original glasses not being purchased through WV and the team went what I felt was above and beyond what I expected and I left WV with a frame that not only was in my price range but it also fit my current lenses. Due to the holidays coming up and insurance issues I wasn't in a place to get an exam and a whole new set of glasses. Not only that walking around with the arm missing off of my glasses for the weekend was not fun and thanks to this team I have glasses that aren't broken and I can go about my day without feeling self-conscious. Thank you!

I bought glasses at Wisconsin Vision. I loved the look, but the nose piece hurt my nose. Trevor worked over several days and several tries, but they just didn't work. I was able to choose another pair and Jill carefully worked on adjusting the ear area. I am finding them totally comfortable and I praise Trevor and Jill. Jiill patiently helped me find just the frames I was looking for. She measured carefully and now my new glasses with trifocals and lots of prisms fit perfectly. This is my fourth pair at Wisconsin Vision and I have been pleased with every transaction.

I had the pleasure of working with Emma at the Greenfield location recently. I had lost my glasses, and called the store to see what my options were. Emma was courteous and friendly, and helped identify some cost saving opportunities for me. By the time I arrived at the store, she had my prescription already pulled up, and selected several other fames for me to try on similar to the pair I'd lost. It was such a nice gesture and showed how she went above and beyond for her customers. She was patient with me as we chose a new pair and was very easy to talk to. Kudos to Emma for creating such a great experience out of a frustrating situation!

Miles Davis was so knowledgeable. I have warn glasses s since 1979 and Miles explained what he was doing , asked me question on any issue I might have, knew the answer and was very personable. Customer satisfaction to the max . I would also like to give Trevart my thanks for being so personable and helpful when I returned to pick up my glasses.

We recently needed a upgrade on my wife's glasses, Of course we chose Wisconsin Vision, We've been coming here since they opened. I am a 30 year Teamster here in Milwaukee. From a great selection, To numerous name brand frames, outstanding looking styles, very friendly helpful staff. Always a clean store. When It comes to overall service and selection, Wisconsin Vision stands out from the rest. You have to give this place a try, Highly recommended to family and friends and to fellow workers thank you Wisconsin vision

About a week ago, It was my first time seeing an optometrist and I didn't know what to except. The services are helpful and reassuring to get what I needed done. Dr. Donna Belanger is a really nice and friendly doctor, she examined my eyes, explanation my results, answered my question for what I need to understand what are the next steps are. The only thing is the website information more clearly on what insurance they can take for a practical eye exam. I wasn't aware of it until after I booked the appointment and got the exam. Hopefully the website can be a little more clear on what insurance it takes if not selectively for just eye exams.

I came in to the Greenfield location after my large dog sat on my glasses and I was not hopeful they could even be fixed. Trevor was patient and kind and managed to fix them in less then 10 minutes! I’m so grateful!

I walked into Wisconsin Vision knowing exactly what I wanted. I was greeted professionally. I needed safety glasses for work with progressive lenses. Trevor and Jacqui were great in assisting me. Trevor was very patient while training Jacqui to help me with my safety glasses and processing my employers voucher.

THANK YOU, DENISE! Team leader at the 76th St store. Denise cheerfully fixed a pair of pricey Armani Exchange sunglasses that I sat on, in minutes, and didn't charge a dime. I will be going back soon for an upgrade to my existing corrective glasses. 5 stars!!!

Today I had the best experience at a vision center that I have ever had. The store was very clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and prompt. Dr Bellanger was a gem. Her exam was thorough and professional, yet took the time to answer my questions completely. At other vision centers I have felt like a number that is just moved through the process. Here I felt treated as a person. I would highly recommend this place and I will be back.

I went to pick out frames for my elderly mom. Grace C who helped us was magnificent. She was patient and took the time to help get the pair of glasses my mom wanted. Pickup of eyeglasses was equally friendly and efficient. Would return and will recommend.

Last week I stopped in to pick up my glasses. Although they were not quite ready, Zeph was very helpful in providing me the reason there was a delay. He assured me he would look into it. About 10 minutes after I left, I noticed I had lost some money and called Zeph to ask him if he could look around in hopes of finding it. He did not find it in the store, but went outside to see if it was laying around outside. He found my lost money right outside the building! Yesterday I also received notice my glasses were ready. Zeph went above and beyond in helping me find my money and addressing the issue with my glasses delay. Wonderful service!

Went there for an annual check up and finally needed bifocals...age catches up to us all. The staff was very attentive, helpful and encouraging. Zeph helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses that compliment my gigantic head. My wife loves the new look!

My experience was great! My appointment started on time and everyone was very friendly. The exam was quick yet thorough. And afterwards they gave me my prescriptions for glasses and contacts and told me it was completely my choice if I wanted to purchase through them or go elsewhere. There was never any pressure to switch the kind of contacts I use to some new brand or one with a rebate. They even tightened up the screws on my glasses I purchased elsewhere because they noticed they were loose. I was in and out in 45 minutes. (I did not pick out glasses, but I did order contacts.) I would recommend and will be back for future needs!

I got my prescription at another optical store, but didn't like their selection and wasn't treated well, so I started stopping into other optical stores. After striking out at multiple places, I circled back to the Greenfield Wisconsin Vision store, where I had stopped earlier. At the time, I was in a rush, and Tyler had greeted me warmly and invited me to return when I had more time. This second time, Nada worked with me closely on matching the shape of my face to a suitable frame that fit the look I described to her. Still, I couldn't find exactly the right frame and was just about to leave when Nada -- who wasn't giving up! -- found a frame I had not seen. It was perfect. I took a picture, showed my family (wife and three opinionated daughters) and they loved them. As I write this, I'm heading to pick them up, and at Nada's recommendation I'm taking advantage of a deal to get an inexpensive second pair, using it on prescription sunglasses, which I haven't updated in years. Great job by the Greenfield team, and special thanks to Nada.

After an eye exam, which was conducted with high level of expertise, and choosing the frame, I was presented with couple of options regarding lens systems, and I decided to chose progressive lenses optimized to my unique pattern of vision. Surprisingly fast, in just three days, I was back to pick up the glasses. Due to oversight during selection of the lens type, the wrong glasses arrived, but thanks to Zeph this small slip was resolved quick and I "look good" once again.

I lost a small screw from a pair of my favorite sunglasses . I asked if they would be able to fix it. He said absolutely! He not only fixed imy sunglasses by replacing the screw, he cleaned them, and then told me there was no fee😊👍🏼

I went in looking for a pair of sunglasses, and the salesperson was very helpful and more importantly, very patient. I literally spent about an hour inside the store trying all sorts of stuff on, but they gave me my space and checked back in when needed. They helped me narrow my options down to a pair of RayBans, and then showed me that I can customize the lenses as well. Two sales people were very honest about maintaining the classic look of the glasses and helped me avoid the probably bad choice of lenses I wanted to pick. And I know they were right cause my girlfriend agreed with them ; ) Overall very positive experience. Would take my business here in the future and reccomend to any friends.

Went in for an eye exam and they were pretty busy but I was well taken care of. Dr. Weng is awesome, she was super down to earth and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. She explained everything thoroughly and always made sure to ask if I had any questions. They are going through some transitions with new employees so be patient as they train and learn the ropes. Got my glasses and contacts within 4 days!

Boyfriend has been here a total of 6 hours over three days trying to find a comfortable fit in contacts. The staff is amazing! They were laughing and extremely encouraging while helping him find the right contacts. They even contacted other stores to get him a second contact when he finally found one that was comfortable.
